Access the DNS Manager

  1. Log in to your Namecheap account.
  2. Click on Manage Domains menu.
  3. Select the domain you want to set the SPF record for.

Create a SPF record

How to create a SPF record

  1. Click on All Host Records.
  2. In the Host Name field, enter the name of your subdomain (e.g. mail if your email looks like contact@mail.example.com) or @ if you use no subdomain.
  3. In IP Address/URL, enter your SPF record (e.g. "v=spf1 a mx ~all", without the quotes).
  4. Set the record type as TXT Record.
  5. Click on Save changes.
